Renovations, extensions and new builds, with the planning and project management handled for you.
We remodel kitchens and bathrooms to make your daily routine easier and your home more valuable.
Renovations can be complex and often need more thought and skill than a new build. We enjoy that. Past jobs include a villa renovation that won a Bronze award, bathroom makeovers, a re-clad and re-roof, and a day care centre renovated to Ministry of Education standards.
If you have already found the home you love, we can help make it a home you never want to leave.
We construct, remodel and renovate. Whether you need an extra bedroom, a bigger living area or a better layout, we will talk it through with you and look after the build.
We build custom family homes from the ground up, on time and within budget.
We have experience with every level of new build, from classic family homes to architecturally designed houses. We are ready for complex projects and we stand by the quality of our work. Craig designed our Marionberry Lane home himself, and we work with local architects too.
We walk you through every step: design, pre-construction planning and building consent. Then we coordinate the suppliers and contractors, so your project is delivered on time, on budget and without the stress.
Call Craig on 021 669 484 or send us a message. We are happy to talk it through.
